| Description |
Firstly, we appreciate that many of you cannot accept commission based roles, therefore please do not read on if this is not an option for you.
Ordinarily we do not actively work on commission only roles, however we have been working with this company for over 4 years and believe that the earning and career potential are second to none in the industry. The have already announced record levels of confirmed clients who are set to attend inspection trips over the next 3 months and therefore urgently need to recruit sales people to attend to these clients.
For those of you not familiar with this type of role, you will be expected to meet and greet the client at Malaga airport, and effectively spend the next 2 or 3 days showing them a selection of properties that match their requirements. You will naturally earn a commission when they purchase. The role involves long hours, weekend work and that you be financially self sufficient for at least the first 3 months. You also need to possess a 4 door, air conditioned car with Spanish plates.
Ideally you will have good knowledge of the Costa del Sol and have been settled here for at least a year, although those of you recently arrived but with a very stable work background are encouraged to apply. Typically candidates who come from a direct sales background tend to be most successful in this role, so if you're from home improvements, utility sales, timeshare possibly real estate please apply.
2 intensive weeks of training is provided by the company. An ote of €100,000 is definitely achieveable in this role with this particular company.
