Our client who is a blue chip egaming company is looking for a Casino & Skill Gaming Operations Manager to head up the Table Games Operations within the online Live Casino & Skill Gaming sites. Reporting on site performance, monitoring competitor activity, improving customer service, testing & creation of new products and delivering all aspects of the Table Games development roadmap.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all Table Game Operations and will report directly to the Head of Gaming Operations.
Specific responsibilities
Managing and developing financial data spreadsheets, KPIs and production of daily reports on site and individual game performance.
Managing and developing the Table Games Operations Executive
Developing the specification for testing and implementation of new products.
Create innovative and new promotional ideas to generate extra site traffic and income.
Manage the table scheduling in the Live Casino and Tournament schedule on the Skill site.
Conduct regular product meetings and report to Head of Gaming Operations.
Play a key role in supporting Table Games customer service functions on a day-to-day basis to include providing training and supporting documents.
Essential skills/attributes
A solid knowledge of and passion for Live Casino, Skill gaming and all Table games.
Have excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Solid experience and understanding of Gaming CRM and Marketing essential.
Experience of the online Gaming market
Flair for creative and innovative ideas/creations.
Salary based on experience
