| Description |
Select Recruitment Gibraltar have been appointed to recruit native Greek speaking Customer Service Agents to work for a leading on-line gaming company.
The role requires the ideal candidate to speak Greek as their mother tongue, as well as speaking fluent English. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have at least two years recent call centre / online experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The role will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience. You must make sure that any problems and queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
If you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity then you will have strong commercial customer service experience working in a corporate office environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible on working hours as this role requires shift work.
