Select Recruitment Gibraltar have been appointed to recruit a German Customer Services Agent to work for a leading on-line gaming company.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English and also at least one other European Language.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The role will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience. You must make sure that any problems and queries are dealt with in a timely, efficient and timely manner.
If you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity then you will have strong commercial customer service experience working in a corporate office environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible on working hours, although no night shifts are required for this role.
