Select Recruitment Gibraltar have been appointed to recruit a native Greek speaking Customer Services Agent to work for a leading on-line gaming company.
The role requires the ideal candidate to speak Greek as their mother tongue, as well as speaking fluent English. Ideally you will be degree educated with at least two years experience in an online / call centre environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the gaming industry. The role will involve supporting clients both over the phone and via email providing an extremely high level of customer service in regards to their betting / gaming experience. You must make sure that any problems and queries are dealt with in a timely, efficient and timely manner.
If you are the ideal candidate for this opportunity then you will have strong commercial customer service experience working in a corporate office environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be flexible on working hours as this role requires shift work.
