| Description |
Translator of German
In your role as a Translator of German you will be working in a team that is responsible for the prompt translation of news, newsletters and articles which will be published on a website. You will guarantee the adherence to deadlines and quality standards of the translations provided by others.
Your Responsibilities
• Prompt translations from German into English or vice versa
• Coordination of the freelance translator team as required
• Proof-reading of English translations
• Positioning of texts in a Content-Management-System
Your Profile
• You will have spent a large period of time in an English speaking country
• Job experience in a similar position
• Perfect German and/or English in word and speech
• Good organising and communication abilities
• Enjoyment of teamwork and open communication
• Distinct sense of responsibility and result orientation
• Ability to quickly understand new topics and being able to explain or illustrate complex context in written format
• Basic knowledge of HTML for the formatting of texts
