Polish - Native Speaking
Our client, a leading Online Gaming Company based in Gibraltar, are recruiting Polish Customer Service Executives.
Our Client is looking for a native Polish speaker with an excellent command of English. You must have a confident and clear telephone manner. Your role is to liaise with customers both by telephone and email providing customers with the highest level of customer care in relation to the betting and gaming operation. This role is to ensure that all problems and queries are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner.
Our client provides on-line support to its customers globally; therefore this role will require you to work shifts. Suitable candidates will have worked in a customer service position ideally in a call centre and or an office environment and must be dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. You must be a proactive individual with interpersonal skills and have an active interest in sports or casino related games, however full training will be given.
