Our client is searching for a Poker Co-ordinator who is a native Spanish speaker to work on all aspects of the Poker Product for all of the Poker Networks which will also include promotional activities and database management.
The key duties of the post are as follows :
? Tournament management:
o Creation and scheduling of tournaments.
o Creation, monitoring and automation of SitnGo tournaments
o Editing of existing tournaments as and when business requires.
? Monthly schedule: setup and manage the core schedule
? Promotion administration, set up and verification of all promotions.
? Bonus setup for any/all bonuses paid through the poker system.
? Managing all tournament/promotion requests.
? Player messaging: configuration and management of player messaging and player communication tools (banners, tickers.)
? Player marketing areas: configuration and management of player marketing areas.
? Decrease the time delivery to the RFC process.
? Periodic/short-notice schedule changes: edit the schedule according to requirements
? Resolving poker specific problems for customers, Dispute resolution.
? Training on Poker Management tools
? Training on new release functionality and features
Essential Skills
? Experience in a poker role within the online gaming industry
? have good analytical approaches to problem solving
? have excellent interpersonal skills
? have excellent computer skills especially excel
? have a keen demonstrable interest in online/offline poker.
? Fluent in Written and spoken English and Spanish
