Our client is searching for a VIP Manager for Casino & Games to build, develop and execute an ongoing VIP relationship program to aid retention, reactivation and acquisition activities amongst high value customers.
Accountabilities
? Develop ongoing profitable VIP relationships through retention, acquisition and reactivation activities
? Delivering campaign activities to drive loyalty amongst existing high value customers
? Identify and execute acquisition activities to deliver incremental GW from targeted high value customers
? Identify triggers that provide a platform to nurture existing players and introduce stretch activities to drive VIP volume
? Work alongside the Director of Customer Retention and Customer Management teams to develop/deliver a ?world class? VIP service proposition
? Daily/weekly/periodic reporting of VIP campaigns, costs, results and achievement against targets
? Work closely with the customer management teams and customers to implement service recovery where required/appropriate and identify new opportunities to drive greater profitability and loyalty through market share gain and VIP customer acquisition
? Initiate and host customer events with a focus on delivering a world class betting and gaming proposition and experience to high value customers with a purposeful ROI
? Work closely with the Customer Insight Manager to support the delivery of new customer insight campaigns to evolve the customer proposition
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
? 3-5 years of experience managing high value customers preferably betting and gaming.
? Experience of building & managing strong relationships within a matrixed organisation essential
? Experience of building & managing relationships with VIP e-gaming/sports betting customers
? Experience of working in an environment servicing a ?world class? proposition
? Experience of planning and delivering profitable marketing campaigns
? Experience of implementing and reviewing new campaign activities
