| Description |
Our client is searching for a Payments & Verification Administrator who is native German. The department is responsible for all operational processing of member payments and operational management of client data, including the registration of new accounts and the subsequent verification of client information. This includes responsibility for traditional document based customer identity/age checking and processing customer data through online identity checking solutions to ensure compliance with strict compliance regulations. You will also assist in the daily Gaming Finance operation of processing payments, improving registration conversions and verifying members.
Reporting to the Director of Gaming Finance and Compliance, the successful candidate will have responsibility and ownership for specific allocated aspects of the daily operational task list, with regular opportunities to become involved in wider operational tasks and projects to support other business areas.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
? Ideally you will have previous experience of payment processing
? Knowledge of gambling sector
? Highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail.
? Bi-lingual, excellent spoken and written German & English
? Previous experience of managing sensitive customer data and related issues.
? A proven track record of integrity and responsibility in previous positions.
You will work on a 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover as required
