| Description |
Our client is searching for a Payments Supervisor to manage the Cash Outs being processed to members whilst leading the team to succeed. The Customer Payments Team Leader is responsible for the following duties:
Managing 4 members of staff who are responsible for the processing of cash outs and the daily running of the compare
Ensuring payments made to processing centers and E-wallets are sent successfully
Upgrade templates issued by the customer payments team
Coordinate technical problems with Random directly
Implement new procedures for the introduction of new processing centers
Ensure all emails sent to the customer Payments Team are dealt with in a timely manner. Reporting of stats will be required.
All tasks set for the Customer Payments team must be assessed and ensured they are completed
Security is the top priority. Daily confirmation should be made to ensure there are no loose ends
Alert of any potential exposure to the company that come under the systems or operations of the Customer Payments Team
You will have experience as a payments team leader or have solid experience as part of a team and feel ready to make a step up.
