 Description
Our client is looking for a PA / Secretary fluent in Russian and English with Spanish an advantage. The applicant should be an experienced PC user familiar with MS Word, Excel, Internet.

The job will entail

- Translations (from/to English &Russian), exchange of correspondence between the office and various companies, banks, etc.
- searches on Internet for the background information, contact details;
- translation of contracts, legal documents;
- filing, including electronic database;
- organising business trips for company’s directors (selecting the best route, flights, making hotel reservations, booking transfers);
- organising office supplies.

Salary is £20k and start date is 16 June 2008
